The Staff and Contact Information Each student seeking financial aid from our office is assigned a professional financial aid counselor, which is based on the following distribution (based on the student’s last name):

You may learn the status of your financial aid application and/or review a financial aid award by clicking here. For general questions, or to schedule an appointment with your counselor, call or e-mail our admistrative secretary. If you call and reach our voice mail, please leave a message and we will call you back. Our mailing address and physical location address is: Tulane University Health Sciences Center If planning a visit, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with your counselor to assure that he/she is available to meet with you upon your arrival. The office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday. Please be aware that counselors are available to meet with students according to the following schedule: Monday thru Wednesday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
